Dish capacity depends on dimensions and shape, not only the number of slots or visible spaces. A large plate, a deep bowl or a broad glass may use more room than the demonstration pieces. Load the rack in a stable arrangement within its documented limits. Do not force a fragile item into a narrow position or rely on another dish to hold it upright. The cutlery holder should also be assessed for the utensils you intend to place inside.
